All Ward 13 property owners are eligible to join the Onrus Vermont Special Rating Area Non-Profit Company (OVSRA NPC), but it is required by law that you first register as a member.

In terms of the Company’s Act (2008) we maintain a Member Register, which is published on our website (name and surname only). Company members have voting rights at the AGM, Special Meetings and Board Elections.

If you would like to join then please complete the application form below. Once we have your details, we will be able to communicate with you regarding all our activities, the most important of which is enhancing public safety.

In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 all personal data collected via this form are held in the strictest confidence by the Onrus Vermont Special Rating Area NPC. These data will be used for membership, communication and voting purposes only. They will not be disclosed, shared or sold to a third party without your written permission, and you are entitled to request their deletion at any time.
